IN a surprise move, impressive Sunday scorer Rotary King is to be pushed up to a mile for his next start. Trainer Stephen Leung, whose horses are just starting to fire, is confident his English import will last the trip. The Dominion gelding made all to score for Tony Cruz over 1,200 metres at Sha Tin at the weekend, staying on in determined fashion to hold David Oughton's newcomer, Chagall, by three quarters of a length. 'He's a good horse,' stressed Leung yesterday, 'and I plan to take him to the Valley for a race over 1,650 metres next time out.' Leung is still searching for a stable jockey and has contacted riders in Australia, America, Ireland and England, but is finding it hard to pin one down of a sufficient calibre who can commit himself from now until the end of the season.
