A 15-YEAR-OLD girl was held in a Mongkok flat for three days during which she was raped, repeatedly beaten up and had photographs taken of her in the nude, the High Court heard yesterday.

The court was told she only gained her freedom after she pretended to agree to work as a prostitute and was threatened that if she failed to return, her nude pictures would be made public and her home burned down.

On trial before Mr Justice Leong are Ngan San, 19, and Lee Ho-yin, 16, who have both pleaded not guilty to a joint charge of false imprisonment. Ngan also denies one count each of blackmail and rape.

Opening the Crown's case before a jury, prosecutor John Necholas said that a few months after Ngan struck up a friendship with the girl through his girlfriend, Ah Ling, he invited her to a friend's Tsuen Wan home, telling her that lots of people would be there. But when she turned up, only Ngan was present and he had sex with her, the court heard.

After that, the girl had avoiding meeting him.

At about 7 pm on New Year's Day last year, counsel said, Ah Ling phoned her and asked her to go to a flat in Mongkok to help her out because she had no money. The girl did so and remained there until 2 am. Ngan then prevented her from leaving and later he started to physically abuse her, the court heard.

Ngan gave her three choices, Mr Necholas said: they get back together and she would let him take photographs of her; to give him $54,000 as a separation fee; or to have four fingers chopped off.
