NSCSA starts new Shanghai service

THE National Shipping Co of Saudi Arabia (NSCSA) has started a direct service from Shanghai to the Arabian Gulf, Red Sea and the east coast of the United States.

The bi-weekly service will also accommodate shippers of containers, roll-on, roll-off and break-bulk cargo in the Ningbo and Jiangsu ports of China.

NSCSA earlier operated fortnightly sailings between North Asia, Southeast Asia and the Indian sub-continent to the Arabian Gulf, the Red Sea and the US east coast with its ro-ro and container vessels.

The company has recently added two more vessels to service the expanded timetable, the Saudi Riyadh and Saudi Makkah.
