Khmer threat

BANGKOK: The Khmer Rouge has threatened to cut off the head of the first Australian who falls into their hands, the outlawed guerilla group's radio, monitored in Bangkok, said yesterday. The group ridiculed security measures at the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh.
