PUT on your hiking boots and take up the challenge - the Orienteering Challenge Shield '95 gets underway on 26 February (Sunday), at Ngau Liu. This is an open tournament of the cross-country type, using a colour map with International Orienteering Federation (IOF) Symbols. There are 19 classes of entry. All are solo except the CATI Class (in pairs) and FAMILY Class (three members only). The best three in each class will recieve awards. The admission fees are as follows: $40 for classes H/D14, H/D16 & H/D18; $80 for CATI class; $120 for FAMILY class, and $60 for the other classes. The deadline for application is this Friday. Fees will be doubled for entries after the deadline and no entry will be admitted after February 10.
