"We strive to keep customer satisfaction levels high in terms of facilities and services. Other competitor hotels have a 50:100 employee-room ratio, while ours is 80:100. This contributes to our high ranking in travel sites," says Richard Haddad, group general manager of Vision Hotels Management. Collaboration with property developers, airlines and hospitality industry players for the past five years has helped Vision in raising its standards. Setting its sights on growing regionally and internationally, Vision seeks partnerships with companies that can help raise the hotel's profile as the leading choice for business travellers. Vision's new properties, Vision Meena and Vision Links, will also better position the company to cater to the growing number of business travellers to the UAE, particularly Asians.
