A FIFTH man was yesterday charged after an investigation into credit card offences involving bank staff.

  Siu Yiu-pun, 34, unemployed, was among 15 people arrested by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) on Tuesday. He is charged with conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to possess false credit cards between January 1993 and this month.

  No plea was taken and Magistrate Jonathan Acton-Bond adjourned the case at Eastern Court until Thursday when Siu will appear with the other four defendants. He was remanded in ICAC custody.

  The other 10 arrested were given ICAC bail.
