PRIVATE developer Aucilla and Arracourt Partnership is leasing its new office property Li Po Chun Chambers in peripheral Central at $65 per square foot per month.
The marketing campaign was officially launched two weeks ago and the developer is now negotiating with potential tenants for leases.
Chris Marriott, of Brooke Hillier Parker's office agency, said the present property market correction would not affect the leasing of Li Po Chun Chambers because there was still strong demand for office space.
He said they had received inquiries from potential tenants although the building was only in the initial stages of marketing.
Dominic Pickavance, manager of the commercial department at Brooke Hillier Parker, said three or four international companies were in discussions for potential leases of about 40,000 sq ft each in the building.
He said the firms were attempting to relocate their offices to Li Po Chun Chambers from existing old buildings or to consolidate their operations under one roof.
