SimTower For Macintosh YEP, it's true! You don't need to be a qualified architect or a successful manager to design your own mega-skyscraper and use your management and business skills to keep your tenants happy.
SimTower, a new tower building simulation published by Maxis and written by a Japanese guy called Yoot Saito, lets you be in charge of building and manage all of the complex, interconnected operations of a modern, multi-use skyscraper.
You must stick to your tasks - from planning where to place restaurants, condominiums, offices and express lifts, to finding a bomb that terrorists have hidden.
You must also tend to your tenants' demands for medical centres, parking, recycling facilities, transportation to keep down their stress.
Managing lift traffic, supplying enough housekeepers to keep all your hotel rooms clean and tidy, and checking whether your tenants are satisfied with your management are also jobs you must do at various time of the 'day'.
You start with a one-star tower with limited building options. As you gradually proceed from a one-star tower to a five-star tower with a star rating, you will be given more options to expand your building.
