HENDERSON Land Development Co has obtained government approval for its plans to develop a 29-storey industrial-office building in Chai Wan and a 24-storey industrial block in San Po Kong, Kowloon.
Sun Hung Kai Properties has also received a permit to build a 29-storey industrial property in Wong Chuk Hang Road.
These were just some of the 52 building plans approved by the Buildings Department in December last year which included 18 residential and residential-commercial projects, 11 commercial developments and seven factory and industrial projects.
Among the plans, the Land Development Corp will build a 22-storey commercial block at 580 A-F Nathan Road, while Cycle Co and Gunnell Properties will build a 23-storey industrial-office block at 49-53 Hung To Road.
Ka Chee Co and Wayland Development will each build a 26-storey commercial block at 243-255 King's Road and 129-132 Connaught Road West, respectively.
A 24-storey commercial building at D'Aguilar Street will be developed by Crestsun Enterprises.
