Hot-footed waiters

A RECORD 38 hotels have entered this year's 'Hong Kong Waiters' Race' - the most exciting event of the festival. The competition, inspired by the famous 'Paris Waiters' Race', will be held on March 12 in the Chater Road pedestrian precinct. More than fun is at stake in the races sponsored by International Trademart and Remy China & Hong Kong Ltd. The winners of both the men's and women's events will earn an expenses-paid trip to Paris to compete in the international competition.
