MANILA: The Philippine Government will ask Singapore to delay the execution scheduled for next Friday of a Filipino domestic helper convicted of double murder, officials said. Flor Contemplacion was convicted by the Singapore Supreme Court of killing four-year-old Singaporean Nicholas Huang and his Filipino nursemaid, Delia Maga, in 1991.
