Tests for official

A SENIOR engineer, accused of soliciting and accepting an advantage of $500,000, will undergo psychiatric tests before his case is heard in the District Court.

Defence counsel Kevin Egan said William Liew Kwok-shan, 57, a Transport Department official, received psychiatric treatment in 1965. Deputy Judge Line adjourned the case until Thursday.
