TV sex symbol says he's Di-ing to kiss princess
BAYWATCH hunk David Hasselhoff has revealed his secret fantasy: he wants to give Princess Diana the kiss of life.
But the star says he has a practical rather than romantic reason. 'The press would be phenomenal!' Hasselhoff, 42, disclosed his Di ambitions in the May issue of Playboy magazine - which features Nancy Sinatra on the cover - when asked who he was dying to give the kiss of life to.
Hasselhoff also reveals the bad side of working on the beach in the California sunshine - the bitterly cold Pacific Ocean which plays such a massive part in the series.
'We've all had hypothermia at times on the show. But it's easier for me to endure the cold because I'm an owner of the show and I'm the highest paid guy.' When Hasselhoff posed as a Cosmopolitan centrefold, the magazine had its biggest sales ever.
But he does not think of himself as a sex symbol and says he is sometimes embarrassed seeing himself on screen if he is shot from the side wearing swimming trunks.
'I'm thin. I look good from the front and I know how to shoot me, but sideways I become bird boy,' he said.
