Welfare cash

PUBLIC assistance recipients with bank accounts at Hongkong Bank or Hang Seng Bank can expect their payment on Thursday if their pay-days fall on the Easter holidays, the Social Welfare Department said yesterday. But recipients with accounts at other banks will have to wait until Tuesday next week for payment.
