A DELIVERY worker arrested after a factory bomb threat appeared at Western Court yesterday charged with blackmail.

  Wu Chi-hung, 34, is accused of demanding $700,000 from the owner of the Kwai Chung factory on April 5. Magistrate Mary Yuen adjourned the case until Thursday. Wu was remanded in police custody.
