GOLD Peak Industries (Holdings) says its electronics division set up a joint venture company with Onkyo Corp of Japan and Sino Chance to market and distribute Onkyo products in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

  The joint venture company, Onkyo China, is the exclusive distributor of Onkyo products in the three markets, effective from the start of this month.
