PROPERTY company ONFEM Holdings says it will pay $7.65 million to non-executive director Leung Chun-ying for introduction and liaison services related to contracts signed between the company, OIL, Chime Corp, Moonlight Star, Right Margin, and Neweast Development.

ONFEM is an arm of China National Non-Ferrous Metals Corp.
