A ROBBER escaped from a bank in Kwun Tong with $31,700 after showing a teller a pistol. An employee chased the man from the Standard Chartered Bank in Sceneway Plaza and caught up with him in Lyemun Road Estate. The robber escaped after a struggle, but dropped a motorcycle helmet and $5,000 in notes.
