Little ones from the Bambino English Playschool go international on the catwalk at a colourful children's Easter fashion show IT WAS a big moment for the little ones - weeks of rehearsals and preparations were about to bear fruit for a group of eager five-and six-year-olds.
The children, from the Bambino English Playschool, were about to make their debut in a fashion show, and they were certainly dressed and 'tuned up' for the occasion.
The busy foyer of the Hong Kong Grand Hyatt Hotel rang with the sound of their little voices as they sang and strutted their stuff in Lane Crawford's Easter Children Fashion Show, held last weekend.
Nine children wore the Bambino uniform while the remainder wore their national dress.
The Bambino School in Causeway Bay operates at a happy, relaxed pace. The school's primary aim is to teach English to two-to six-year-olds, with the added bonus of one bilingual class of English and Cantonese.
The children are of a multi-national mix, with as many as 16 different nationalities throughout the school.
