LOVERS of truly original music should head for the Fringe Club tomorrow night for the Pack Of Three Rock Festival. Home town favourites The Shadowboxers will be joined by zany Aussie John F Kennedy and the talented Susie Wilkins for an evening of folk, country and acoustic rock. Don't miss one of the territory's more tasteful live shows of the year, from 8pm. Admission is $100, and stick around after the gig as Saturday Night Open Mike will follow. Tonight: Ian Geekie and his band Flash Harry play rock and blues in the Fringe Club from 11pm. Controversial Lamma band Squinty Backbone will pelt themselves with saucepans in the Wanch from 10pm. We understand they play some music too. Nogabe continue celebrations for their new album Politics, Power and Glory in the Jazz Club from 10pm. Portico has its Hip Hop Night featuring top local and international DJs from 11pm. Freddie James and The Fusion Three funk around in JJ's from 9.30pm. Michelle Carillo joins Tiger Tiger to funk China Max from 10.30pm. Tomorrow: Lovebox has done it again, securing the talents of DJ Ian Ossia for a one-off gig at Bodega.
