The bail application at Eastern Court for Henfrey Tin Sau-kwong, 45, Chong Tsoi-jun, 49, and Yeung Kam-fai, 43, enters its fourth day today. They were committed to custody last Thursday night when Magistrate Yung Yiu-wing revoked their bail.

Tin is charged with accepting a bribe and conspiring to offer advantages to Customs officers. Chong faces two charges of plotting to offer advantages. Both have been charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.

All three, who are set to appear in court on April 26 for a committal hearing, face charges of conspiring to export unmanifested cargo and conspiracy to defraud.
