SHAREHOLDERS in Pearl Oriental Holdings endorsed a one for five bonus share issue at their annual general meeting yesterday.

  A total of 202.47 million shares valued at 10 cents each will be issued as bonus shares conditional upon approval from the stock exchange. The directors announced they expected bonus share certificates would be mailed to shareholders by about May 2.
