How would US public react?

ONE can only sympathise with the relatives of the victims in the Oklahoma City car bomb massacre.

Once the organisation which perpetrated this heinous act is identified, I wonder at the reaction of the American public should Prime Minister John Major formally invite the spokesperson of the organisation to his office for a cup of tea and discussions which could lead to the organisation setting up an office in the UK to solicit for public donations.
