A DRUNKEN man who got on the wrong bus, blocked the exit, demanded that other passengers pay his fare and then bent a windscreen wiper was fined $800 at Eastern Court yesterday. Wong Tso-hsin, 26, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and was also ordered to pay China Motor Bus $500 for repairs. Prosecutor Vincent Tsoi Ming-shing said Wong discovered he had boarded the wrong bus at Causeway Bay on April 14. Wong asked passengers to pay his fare but when they refused he got off the bus and bent the windscreen wiper. Judy Ma, defending, told Magistrate Yung Yiu-wing Wong had been drinking and had lost his job and split from his girlfriend.
