COMPANION Building Material (Holdings) is to buy a marble processor and trader from Paul Y-ITC Construction Holdings for $120 million. It will buy the issued share capital of United Glory with 53.5 million shares at $1.80 a share, representing 15.6 per cent of its existing capital or 13.49 per cent of the enlarged capital, and cash totalling $23.7 million to be paid in two tranches, by September.
