TEENAGE squash ace Rebecca Chiu Wing-yin will not be going straight into the main draw of the Pak Fah Yeow Women's World Championships, which will be held in the territory next month. Rebecca was given a wild card for last year's Pak Fah Yeow tournament, but the Hong Kong Squash Racquets Association failed to secure any wild cards from the Women's International Squash Players Association this time. 'WISPA told us there will be no wild cards for the World Championships, so Rebecca will have to play in the qualifiers,' said Tony Choi Yuk-kwan, chairman of the organising committee. 'We know it will be tough on Rebecca, because the tournament has attracted the best field ever assembled with the top 27 ranked players all coming.' Only the top 24 will gain direct entry into the tournament, and there are another 22 overseas players entered for the 32-strong qualifying draw.
