'Hong Kong Tourist Association?' 'Yes.' 'Wonders. What exactly are these wonders?' 'Wonders? What wonders? No, I can't say ... Hong Kong is itself a wonder made up of many many wonders. The phrase 'Wonders never cease' is a marketing campaign based on all sorts of things.' 'Things, Penny?' 'Oh God! Er, the hotels for example. The hotels are wonders in themselves.' 'What else?' 'I'm not going to get into this ... erm, well, if you were a tourist and you asked me in the street 'Where should I go?' I would recommend one of my favourite things to do which is catch a tram from Western and go all the way across Hong Kong island but then I wouldn't call it a wonder.' 'So what are these wonders?' 'Oh God. Hong Kong Harbour, the Big Buddha.' 'Thank You, Penny.' Martin Barrow, chairman of the HKTA, listed his top five wonders of Hong Kong: 1 Dynamism of Hong Kong's people who always seem to be busy and on the go.
