THE lightning-fast fingers of blues-boogie guitarist Duke Robillard are set to shred the Jazz Club over the next week. Robillard and his trusty Stratocaster left patrons gawking during his first show in the bar last night in a flurry of powerful blues playing. Be sure to catch the former Fabulous Thunderbirds guitarist for yourself all through next week except Monday when another guitar legend, Martin Taylor, plays for one night only. Dance rave Passion is back and checking out a new venue, the Wine Station at 48 Hennessy Road. The groove starts at midnight and admission is $100. The grand old man of the Wanch, Hooray Howard, gets his band the Henries on stage with him to play classic hits from the past, starting from 10pm.
