SAN Miguel Brewery (Hong Kong) says its first interim dividend of four cents per share will be distributed to shareholders on July 3.

  Director Carl Ottiger said yesterday the dividend represented a resumption of the traditional policy of quarterly dividend payments suspended in 1992.
