HONG Kong Toy Centre International board member Michael Kwee Chong-kok has resigned and Edwina Cheung Pui-yin ceased to be Mr Kwee's alternate director from May 11.

Carmelo Lee Ka-sze was appointed an independent non-executive director from June 14, Hong Kong Toy Centre International announced.
