A BABY girl dumped in a Chai Wan public toilet is likely to be sent to the Social Welfare Department's children reception centre if police are unable to find her parents.

The one-week-old baby was found in a cubicle of a women's toilet in New Jade Garden near Kut Ching Street. Police said she appeared healthy.
