TRADING in Kong Wah Holdings shares was suspended yesterday when the company announced that an outside investor had made an offer which could end in a ownership change.

Kong Wah said it had been approached with a proposal that had 'a number of unusual features'.

The proposal would be subject to the consent of the Corporate Finance Division of the Securities and Futures Commission.
