THE developers of Palace Court, a residential development in Shanghai, are confident they will receive another enthusiastic response when they offer the development's second pre-sale offering next month.
Block Two of the Xuhui district scheme will be put on the market in the latter half of next month.
The development is the residential section of Pacific Plaza, a multi-purpose complex that will include a shopping centre and an office tower.
Of the 112 units in Block Two, 40 are for internal sale. Thirty-five have already been sold.
General manager, marketing, of K Wah International Holdings William Wong Hon-ming said the remaining units would be sold at an average price of US$282.6 per square foot, a 13 per cent increase from the first pre-sale offering of Block One units in March.
'The Shanghai market is now made up of end users, and there are almost no more short-term investors,' he said.
