ONE man was arrested and 5.28 kilograms of suspected No 4 heroin and 15 grams of herbal cannabis valued at about $2 million were seized in Kowloon City. The arrest was made when officers of the Police Tactical Unit stopped and searched a 21-year-old man acting suspiciously on a staircase.
