BATES Asia has bounced back from losses of the Mars and Malaysia Airlines accounts by winning more than US$30 million in new business.

The agency has picked up major accounts in Malaysia, Singapore and China.

Chris Jaques, president of Bates Asia, said the agency lost Mars and Malaysian Airlines for political reasons but performance in the last six months had been 'phenomenal'.
