Ideal interests independent

IDEAL Pacific says it has been approached by an independent third party for subscription to new shares.

Meanwhile, Rich City Packaging reported yesterday that Henry Chong Kim-fu, a substantial shareholder, had terminated talks to sell his entire shareholdings.

Mr Chong has a beneficial interest in 25 per cent of the issued share capital.
