The company will also host two seminars.

The seminars will cover 'Network Management Strategies for an Evolving IT Environment' and 'The Evolving Computer Industry - Enterprise Computing.' Products on show at the Compaq booth will include the NetFlex-3 10-megbits-per-second (Mbps) Ethernet network interface controller available for PCs based on both extended industry standard architecture (EISA) and PCI buses.

The NetFlex-3 controller comes standard on all Compaq ProLiant 4500 servers and offers breakthrough performance plus an easy upgrade to 100-Mbps Ethernet protocol.

The Compaq Standby Recovery Server will also be on display. This is a powerful computer specifically designed to keep a network operational as much as possible in the event of failures at a remote site, thereby reducing an affected company's remote network administration burden.
