TWO more firms have filed lawsuits against Kin Son Electronic (Holdings), whose chairman So Kin-keung has been missing since July 3, to recover debts worth more than $3 million. Yeebo P C B filed a High Court writ on Wednesday demanding a late payment from Kin Son, totalling $3.6 million, of interests lost plus costs. The company, a subsidiary of the listed Yeebo International, said the debts were incurred between November 1993 and March this year. The company did not provide details of the kind of goods delivered to Kin Son. Another company, United Overseas Chemical, also claimed $295,420 for goods delivered to Kin Son. In its writ, the company said the outstanding balance had arisen from five deals between March and April. The amount involved in each transaction ranged between $58,000 and $100,000. Recently Public Bank Berhad filed a writ against Kin Son and four directors over an alleged debt of about $12.4 million. Another company, S & T Enterprises has also filed a writ against Kin Son.
