 He is vice chairman of the Wo Kee Hong Group.

STEPHEN Roberts has been named a senior vice-president and head of debt capital markets for Asia-Pacific at Lehman Brothers. He will report to Brad Jack, managing director and head of capital markets worldwide.

HOTEL Nikko has promoted Ava Tse to sales manager for travel agents and airlines. In addition, Clara Ho has been promoted to assistant sales manager for corporate accounts and Tadashi Misaki becomes assistant sales manager for Japanese corporate accounts.
