Artfield purchase

HONG KONG-listed clock-maker Artfield Group acquired Germany-based HEMAG to strengthen its manufacturing at Wehrle.

The acquisition of equipment and machinery worth 600,000 deutschemarks (about HK$3.34 million) from HEMAG which has Seiko among others as customers, is expected to reduce overhead costs.
