Panyu estate gets HK-style management

PROSPERITY Land Estate Management, a subsidiary of Asia Standard International, has signed a 20-year estate management contract to take day-to-day care of the Riviera Garden development in Panyu, Guangdong.

Riviera Garden is on the outskirts of Guangzhou. Once completed, there will be more than 50 blocks of 15-storey and 25-storey residential buildings built on a 450,000-square-foot site.

Initially, Prosperity Land will provide Hong Kong-style estate management services to three newly completed blocks.
