A COURSE that helps Hong Kong business executives improve communication and people skills is being offered by Dale Carnegie, a recognised name in people development.
The Dale Carnegie Executive Image Programme, a five-day course, will show executives how to use good human relations and communications principles in the workplace.
It will help executives present their ideas clearly, work with others, and build self-confidence in business situations.
Malcolm Phillips, director of instruction at Dale Carnegie, said participants would be able to learn through practice.
Mr Phillips is one of two instructors in the executive image programme.
Techniques that enable participants to examine their relationships with colleagues and determine how and what they want to change in relationships will be discussed.
These techniques will be based on case studies, exercises and outside assignments.
