CHINA Everbright Technology is negotiating a proposed financial contribution from vice-chairman Yiu Kin-wai and its controlling shareholder, China Everbright Holdings.

  The company said this may result in a change in its capital or shareholding structure. Mr Yiu holds a 30 per cent stake in the company, while China Everbright Holdings has 45 per cent.
