A NEWLY registered solicitor was charged with loitering inside a female changing room at the Hong Kong Football Club last month. Lam Ho-kong, 28, who registered with the Law Society for the year 1994-1995, appeared in Eastern Court yesterday. It is alleged Lam loitered in the female changing room on the second floor of the newly completed clubhouse in Sports Road, Happy Valley on July 3. His presence caused teenager Yang Kai-sue to worry about her safety, the court heard. The solicitor pleaded not guilty to loitering causing concern. Because Ms Yang is due to leave the territory to study overseas at the end of the month, Magistrate Yung Yiu-wing set the trial to go ahead next Thursday. Lam was granted bail.
