Easyknit mulls deal

EASYKNIT International Holdings is considering a private placement of new warrants to fund a proposed property acquisition.

Easyknit intends to use the property for offices.

Company directors said they had noted the recent increases in the trading volume of its shares, but warned investors the placement and purchase might not proceed.
