IF you hear any noise, it ain't the boys. It's Ladies' Night. That long-standing Hong Kong tradition of drinks on the house for anyone wearing a skirt.
Smart girls know it's just a bar ploy to attract more girls (who will in turn attract more boys to buy them drinks). Smart boys know it's the best place to be on a weekday night, and if they've got the legs (and the guts) all they have to do is don a little dress and bingo! It sounds a good time all around, but finding the right frock is essential. It must be feminine, fun, and above all: flirty.
Local designer Peter Lau, our own fashion bad boy, is offering a few little things that he thinks might just fit the bill.
Warning: Do not attempt to eat lunch if you plan on wearing a Peter Lau that evening. His designs are made especially to accentuate the female form . . . every inch of it, simultaneously.
Please wear opaque tights if you're not sure about the girth of your thighs. Now get out there and have some fun.
