TESTS on 22,175 fake Batman figures seized by Customs two weeks ago have revealed that they meet safety standards in the Toys and Children's Product Safety Ordinance. The Intellectual Property Investigation Bureau still appealed to parents not to buy the fakes. The figures, worth about $1.1 million, were seized during raids in Kwun Tong and Tuen Mun. Six people were held.
