CHEUNG Kong (Holdings) is considering releasing more flats at University Heights after 672 people registered to buy in the past three days.
Advertising manager Kenneth Yuen said the company would decide on offering more flats after registration closed today.
On Tuesday, the company said it would release 60 more units, raising the number of flats for sale on Saturday to 120.
The additional 60 units in Tower One will be offered at an average of $5,062 per square foot, about three per cent higher than the $4,911 for the first 60 units in Tower Two. Mr Yuen said the increased price was because units in Tower One had better views than Tower Two.
More than 80,000 people had visited the show flats at the project's construction site in Pokfield Road, west Mid-Levels, since last week.
University Heights, jointly developed with Hongkong Bank, comprises 444 flats in two towers. Sizes vary between 529 and 1,048 sq ft.
