HENDERSON Land Development Co and Chinachem Group have decided to launch a new batch of 128 flats at Flora Plaza on September 17, after the success of last weekend's sale.
A Henderson spokesman said the registration programme for the new release of flats in Block Two of the Fanling development would begin on Friday and end on September 15.
He said prices for the new batch of flats would not be finalised until today.
The decision to put more flats on the market was encouraged by the sell-out of 208 units on Saturday. Agents said the strong response to the sale was encouraged by the 'attractive' selling price.
The 208 flats were pitched at $2,757 per square foot for cash payments.
For the staggered and co-financed payment alternatives, the average was about $2,812 per square foot.
